Terms of use
Draft — requires legal review
About this draft
Draft — requires legal review. These proposed terms are not a finalized agreement. Echo’s operating entity, contact details, eligible countries, dispute process and effective date must be completed before adoption.
Using Echo
Echo is a Solana trading terminal for viewing market information and requesting transactions. You must be legally able to use the service, meet applicable age requirements and comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use Echo for fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion or unauthorized access.
Accounts and wallets
Echo holds user wallets and provides tools that can authorize transactions. Protect your login, device and recovery material. Wallet custody, key export, recovery, withdrawal availability and any third-party wallet services must be explained in the final terms and verified against the deployed system. Do not assume that losing account access can always be reversed.
Trades and fees
Echo charges a 0.80% trading fee on the trade amount. Network fees, priority fees, delivery tips and third-party protocol fees may apply separately. Review the displayed amount, fee and slippage settings before submitting. Confirm the exact fee base, collection method and treatment of failed trades before these terms are adopted.
Execution and market information
Transactions may fail, be delayed, or execute at a different price within your settings. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after execution. Charts, wallet labels, profit estimates and third-party data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A displayed transaction status is not a guarantee of final settlement.
Your decisions
Echo does not promise profits or provide personalized investment advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a trade is suitable for you and for any reporting or taxes that apply. Tokens can lose all value.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages or security incidents may interrupt access. The final terms must specify account restrictions, notice of changes, complaint handling, asset recovery during outages and termination. No blanket waiver of mandatory consumer rights is intended by this draft.
