Trading and wallet risks

About this draft
Draft — requires legal review. Read this together with the final terms and wallet disclosures. It does not cover every risk or replace independent advice.
Loss of funds
Solana tokens can be highly volatile, illiquid, manipulated or fraudulent. Developers may sell supply or change token features. You can lose the entire amount committed, plus fees. Holder, insider, sniper and bundle labels are analytical estimates, not guarantees of safety.
Execution and fees
A quoted price or chart does not guarantee your fill. Slippage, price impact, transaction ordering, congestion and MEV can worsen execution. Echo charges a 0.80% trading fee; network fees, priority fees, tips and protocol charges can add to costs. A failed transaction may still incur network fees.
Custody and account access
Echo holds user wallets. Compromised login credentials, devices, signing services or recovery processes can expose funds. Access may be interrupted by infrastructure failures or restrictions. Store any provided recovery material securely and understand the actual export and recovery options before depositing.
Data and profit estimates
Market data can arrive late or omit trades. Profit calculations depend on known cost basis, transfers, prices and fees. A partial chart high is not a verified all-time high. Do not treat a fast screen update as proof that a transaction is finalized.
Protocols and networks
Smart contracts, token extensions, bridges, RPC services and Solana itself may fail or behave unexpectedly. Transactions may be irreversible, and a mistaken address or malicious token may make assets unrecoverable.
Legal and tax risks
Availability and permitted use vary by jurisdiction. Users must consider local restrictions, tax treatment and reporting requirements. Echo does not guarantee that every token or feature is lawful or suitable in every location.
